Yarn Along: Merino Lace Socks

IMG_0352

I recently purchased a wonderful skein of Madelinetosh Merino Wool with a birthday gift card, and don’t know how I’ll ever go back to knitting with the mass produced yarn again! I’m absolutely loving it’s feel, texture, and the way it’s knitting up. The pattern I’m using is Almondine, from a sock book I received at Christmas.

I’m reading The Axe by one of my favourite authors. I loved Kristin Lavransdatter, and am looking forward to this series.

  1. Madeline Tosh is truly some of the most lovely yarn I have ever knit with. It always knits up just right! Someday I should pick up something by Undset. I never have before!
